The Daily Feed

Bible reading is... ‘boring’ — especially to teenagers. Adopting the idea of the bible as ‘The Daily Bread’ and checking your feed daily, ‘The Daily Feed’ is an initiative using relevant, trending thematics to encourage young people to pick up bible reading.

The quarter thematics I was involved in were:
Quarter 3 - Korean
Quarter 4 - Y2K

Quarter 3 - Korean

Riding on the ‘Korean Wave’, we decided to use the familiarity of korean content and visuals as a way to pique interest in this initiative.

Merchandise

Inspired by Loaves & Fishes and being faithful in the small, we decided to go with a small bag that is able to house small things.

Quarter 4 - Y2K

The Daily Feed Day: The Holiday Special

I was involved in planning an event that could gauge the youth’s understanding of the bible verses across the entire quarter, whilst tying in with Christmas.

Set design

A Y2K Christmas, I sought to do up a set that could bring in the idea of Y2K, with the lowest budget possible. Through the collection of old tapes, VCDs, cassettes, etc. these were the final output.
